Absolutely loving the collection! Every piece feels so trendy and well-designed. The quality is impressive, and the outfits give such a polished, stylish look without trying too hard. Definitely a brand I keep coming back to!

I've had the worst experience ever with Lulu and Sky. I placed a return request for some shoes I ordered almost a month ago, and they still haven't been picked up. Followed up with their customer care, and they're always full of excuses. Thrice I was told the pick up would be done in 24 hours - it wasn't. After following up again, I was told there was some issue with the courier partner. It's very strange that it takes one month to sort out these issues. My return pickup has still not been done.

The app is quiet okay to use, but the service they provide for the customers is very bad. If you order and get the product, it is fine. If incase you cancel the order, you have to struggle a lot inorder get the refund. They keep on saying that the product is not yet reached our warehouse kindly wait. If you contact them many times, then they will not even connect your call. Just decline in one shot. Totally they are not providing good customer service as we get in Amazon. Amazon is the best♥️
