First time I opened the app I was able to see my tickets. But the next time I opened it the tickets are gone. It's been days and they are still gone...

Don't know why Universe recommended this app for showing tickets for entry. This app is used for SCANNING tickets as the organizer, not for consumers to display their tickets for entry.

STILL BROKEN - TIME RUNNING OUT This tool is completely wrong on numbers. I removed it, reinstalled. The website shows 32 sales, app says 18. Website has our 6 ticket types.Yes i have the Filters chosen correctly. App has 6 other types in addition that we never made! Where are those from? When our event arrives, if this thing fails to work right, we are seriously screwed! You need to fix this NOW.
