The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

GETTING STARTED
To use the Union Bank App, you must be enrolled in Internet Banking with Union Bank. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

The new app is extremely SLOW and sluggish! The user interface is hard to navigate and not nearly as well laid out or user friendly as the old app. I just want to check my account balance and you can't even do that most of the time with this ridiculous app.

The app never works. The app is always having technical issues it's only working once or twice a month.
