Ratings and reviews

The UI has many issues. For example, it displays your balance for every transaction on the screen, so if you want to show someone proof you paid them, you're showing them the amount of money you have. If you click "Share", it will hide the balance, but only for a second. Very annoying. Please just don't show the balance in transactions. There no need for it there. I already see my balance on the dashboard. Also, I have to retry most transactions due to errors, sometimes multiple times.

Poor customer service. Tried creating a ticket thru the app and yet their agents keep marking that it is resolved and the ticket is closed. NO FEEDBACK after. Tried also sending an email, email address is from their facebook and their website but response is mailbox is no longer process request or inquries. No other to option but to call their hotline long distance and wait in line forever. Decided to cancel my account with them.

application not working...I've already given the consent and checked the two boxes. I got the ref. id correct and the otp however when I try to click "next" "application agreement" it's not changing the color of "next" into a clickable one. it's still stayed opaque, it should be solid orange. I've already used two diff mobile phones for this same issue.
