Ratings and reviews

The UI has many issues. On the "Contacts", "Recipients", "Banks", and other lists, you have to retry several times before they load. And today, I tried to login and it forces me to a "Enable Biometrics" screen with no way to opt out (and it sends me to a settings screen on my phone that doesn't even include biometrics). If I click back, I'm back at the login screen. I had to switch to using their web interface on my browser.

For online banking it works amazing, once you lose access you're gone. The CS home number requires an OTP, in which they send over to your phone number so damn late that the phone call has already disconnected. I have checked with a branch of UB regarding my email and they confirmed it's still the same, yet I can't receive email OTPs from UB, heck I'm receiving ads from UB no problem. If y'all want to go with UB it's good, just don't have problems with the accounts status, sim gone, email gone

Locked out of my funds since SMS OTP is required for several transactions but no SMS is received. Instapay is also broken. It's been 3 days now. The app is good, but when there's an issue, it's just horrible. Customer support is not available too. It's probably time to move to another bank.
