after 3 freaking attempts i'm finally signed up, but i can't log in it doesn't accept my password and i can't reset my password either. this is such a revolutionary app yet the first impression is so bad this will probably not catch on. it seems only fingerprints can reliably log in and 90% of the users don't have that, including me. please make it more user friendly, there's no point if the average Joe can't use it. if security is a concern do what most banks do and support 2 factor auth

This app needs a lot of work. Unresponsive at times. Lack of information. Tried uploading pictures of my driving license but would not accept. Message is not telling you what the correct format should be.

Probably one of the worst user interfaces, topping up your balance is such a choir. The amount of people and businesses who are using this app is limited. From downtown Paramaribo to the south of Paramaribo... good luck finding a business with uni5pay. And don't even get me started on that on screen keyboard you get while entering your password. I don't recommend using this app. I used it on both iOS and Android. On both of them it's buggy.
