New problem found: Multi-city trip doesn't work. When you try to add a 2nd flight to the trip, it just duplicates the 1st leg. Why does it make me type my password every time I try to use the app? When I start up the app it shows my name, account number, and miles, so I think I'm logged in but then when I go to search flights it makes me type my password. Isn't one of the points of these apps to be that you're always logged in? Also why is the seat map oriented left to right when our phones

Maybe this is not so much a review of the app but of their check in policy. I feel it is extortion to REQUIRE a credit card on file AND pre-authorization to charge it. I am on this flight solely because my favorite discount airline doesn't have a nonstop option on this particular travel date. The ticket cost is more than double (even with United's "Basic Economy" tier. I'm ok if you give me the option to to pre authorize but not that I MUST pre authorize.

Works pretty good if you have an American passport, but the app is very buggy when you have to enter in a passport from another country, or a Permanent Residents Card. It asks for the card, but then tells you to take a photo of the passport. On one screen, you take the photo but then can't submit it because there is no button. I tried numerous times to check in my wife's passport and at one point it looked like it was processing; then it threw an error message.
