Customer service is unresponsive as I've been asking them to update my phone number and it takes ages for transferred funds to reflect in your investment portfolio. I made a big mistake investing with them and I'll move on if nothing improves.

This app is poor. Why is the fingerprint option no longer working? I can't see my shares unless i log into another platform that is also not working optimally
