United Gun Group (UGG) was created in February 2016 with the firearms enthusiast in mind. UGG is an online marketplace that esteems the 2nd Amendment and facilitates the buying, trading, selling, and discussion of firearms and related items for the law-abiding citizen.
UGG’s development team has created a platform that combines the functionality of Facebook, Craigslist, GunBroker, YouTube, and Instagram all under one roof.
UGG truly is a social marketplace connecting the firearms community. It was designed to include all the functionality of a robust social network where members can create profiles, create pages, and join groups to buy, sell, trade and discuss firearms with friends and colleagues. In addition, UGG provides a free, marketplace platform where members can buy/sell/trade through online Classifieds (similar to Craiglist), can buy/sell through our free, live auction, and ship regulated items through our online shipping resource, www.shipmygun.com. UGG membership and registration is required for auction sellers and buyers, but there are no fees to utilize the auction; it’s 100% free.
Members are also able to connect online to local, regional and national firearms dealers (large and small) through the eStores section of the site where they can make purchases through licensed FFLs. Furthermore, they can check out the latest gun news through the Videos section of our site or through RSS feeds and blogs from nationally-acclaimed firearms news sources available to members on UGG.
To sign up, members visit www.unitedgungroup.com (or download the app) and are able to log-in via Facebook or by creating a separate profile. The process to create a profile is simple and takes a mere 30 seconds to accomplish. Once a profile is created, the new member is able to add friends and join/search groups. Since our launch date, UGG has added thousands of members and hundreds of groups have been created, with more being added daily. Any member is allowed to create a group or join an existing group. Members are also encouraged to invite like-minded friends; the more members that join, the greater the benefit for all.
Members are encouraged to report any activity to the ATF that is suspected to be illegal.
