Update 2026: Great Banking App!!! They have finally caught up with this day and age. Mobile check deposit, Instant Transfers, Zelle, accurate notifications, etc... My only complaint: If you have numerous accounts, all notifications are sent from one source. So you have to really pay attention to details of each transaction text to keep track.

Frequently, the app will not open on my Galaxy S20 5G. I get a message to call the system administrator. When I called, the response was that systems were up and running. The suggestion was to close the app and try again. When I advised the problem continued, they said to try again later. This was during regular business hours ET, so I would not expect any kind of open maintenance window. 🙄 My assessment is that the app is inadequate.

Extremely user-friendly! It is easy to complete internal transfers, loan payments, request or send zelle transfers, and block or enable your debit card plus set spending limits. Anything you can hope to accomplish with a banking app. I love my community bank!
