Ratings and reviews

This is a new app, and Universal is new to Illinois, but there are obvious kinks when charging that the developers need to work out. While charging, the percentage does not update in the app, even though it updates on the charger screen. Even more bizarrely, the "energy dispensed" and "charging fees" start at a random amount (not even the amount for which a hold is placed on the credit card) and start counting down. When they reach zero, they start counting up again, making this "info" useless.

App has issues. While the actual service is worthwhile, and thankfully has a guest mode at the chargers, the App will not let me enter a payment card, or adjust anything about my profile. This thing needs more development time. I recommend anyone wanting to use the service at this time, to simple scan the QR code on the charger, and use the guest mode.

What is the point of this app? Search does nothing. No chargers show on the map. There is just a map of where you are. I already have that, fellas....
