Probably the most poorly designed app I've ever had to use. it's full of content that would be better on a website, and doesn't have almost anything I would need. I cant see the message I've sent for customer service or any status update. when you submit docs you cant change the file name or tell what you've already submitted. I cant access my actual policy documents. this is just generally useless. I work for a file sharing company with a properly usable client mobile app, so this is bad.

This app does not work properly and the UI is very poorly designed. It is almost like a friend of the CEO was given a patronage job to write an app. and keep writing it. The payments do not process properly after signing in an attempting to make payment it insists on a captcha verification. Pitiful. The credentials keep resetting on updates and biometric login resets. I could go on but what is the point. Spend a few bucks and get a competent development team.

I'd love to review my policy details and documents. However, I can't because the session expires every 30-ish seconds. Its fine, I only needed to beacuse I'm probably changing companies anyway.
