This app made our visit so much better! We were able to go to the rides with shorter lines, and watch shows in the middle of the day, and enjoy the most popular rides in the lower lot in the evening, almost without waiting in lines. It is possible to sort rides by wait time or look at them on the map and see the closest to your location.
Find one by one rides in the map and open each one for see times and info is not efficient. A list table with awaiting times and then an option for see location will be better. I installed in a second phone for try it but doesn't work, where can I send screen shoots of fail message ?
Can't open I have installed twice and it won't sync with servers on my note4. I installed on my iPod and it works fine. Won't do me much good at the park tomorrow on my iPod as I need Wi-Fi for the iPod. Seriously bummed.
It's kinda useful as it tells you wait times and you can buy tickets but compared to Disneyland and Six Flags' app, it's way out of its league. As an AP holder I should be able to connect my pass to the app and visit the park just with my phone. Like other theme park apps.
Best App It's Very Working On My Samsung Galaxy S6 (4G LTE)! But I Still Don't Need XFINITY WiFi Battery Drain As Fast.
Basic Provides basic information. Would be convenient if there was an option to save season pass tickets to your app. There's a $10 charge for a new pass if you forget your ticket at home.
This app is great for navigating the park and looking at wait times. Would be even better if they had a weather section and maybe a blackout calendar section. Otherwise, love it.

They've finally joined the 21st century! I have been waiting for USH to come out with an app for some time now. The app is very nice too look at. They should allow you to link your season pass/annual pass to your app for quicker entry into the park. Also, I feel the map layout needs some work. The artwork could use a tune up. Other than those minor issues this app is well laid out with loads of information for both new and veteran guests alike. If I could give 4.5 stars I would.
Season pass Holder What's the point of having a good app like this if I as a pass Holder can NOT upload my pass on here and keep it. That would be very convenient as a family of 4. I would visit more if I new I didn't have to take a whole wallet with our passes worried about losing them because they can be on the app. I think universal needs to update still.
Can't wait to go! I my family went to universal studios every month for two years. We had a death in the family and haven't really been back in 3 years. I hope soon we can start going back to check out all the new attractions and use this new app.
Excellent helper for visiting the park Really nicely put together app. Plenty of good touches that make it quick and easy to use, wait times at each attraction, park map and important info is super easy to get to.
Hands down the best theme park app I used. It made finding rides and show times at Universal Studios Hollywood very easy. The various available overlays, such as restrooms and restaurants, were excellent to use. Bravo! Well done!
At first is hard to use the app but when I got to know the application it wasn't that hard. The only thing I couldn't do is buy some tickets on the app

Not able to make it work! I tried to install and use the app 3 times and there is no way I can make it do anything. It doesn't open anything. Completely useless..
No info found error Server keeps giving an error that the filter setting is too large and to try filtering to more specific criteria.
All u dumbasses I got season passes *she laughs like joker *😂😂
