one of the worst apps I have ever used. it's 2025 yet I can see comments with users having the exact same issues I am from over 8 years ago. Cannot login into my account. Always 'oops something went wrong' even when I check 'remember me' it makes me sign in again and gives error msg. I have successfully logged in one time and it took an act of God to make it happen. I had to force restart uninstall change permissions, airplane mode. Again it's 2025 the whole world is on apps. Fix it already ffs.

Why must I waste battery being forced to turn on location to do anything on this app?!?!? Unless I'm making a mobile order or attempting the rarely used virtual line there is no need for location services to be turned on & wasting battery life. Update: 4 months later & I still need to turn on location to check park hours, ticket prices & anything else that location services aren't needed. Update 2: And here it is 9 months later and I still need to turn on location to do anything. Do better!

this app is trash. its so slow, and constantly needs to be refreshed. it may be a universal problem, but the ride times are always off. the virtual que function is horrible. it doesn't factor in party size or linked accounts like the Disney app. you have such a small window for a virtual que, but you have to pick how many persons are in you group, or you have to agree to setting while attempting to request a ride. so inefficient and such garbage!
