Ok as far as it goes But I can't find the lunar atlas anywhere. (Galaxy S3). Am I just missing something? Ah! Yes I am. Pinch and zoom like it was a photograph. I have wasted hours playing with this today.
Love this app, upgraded to pro version to show some love. [I like opening the app by tapping the widget, but that just opens the free version, which is annoying. Very minor annoyance, but still! Am I missing some setting?] SOLVED So in case anyone else has this problem, here's how I fixed it: I accidentally uninstalled the free version, and after I reinstalled it, restarted phone, suddenly there were two widget options, the second one for the pro version. I know, I'm a genius. I amaze myself sometimes.
I liked the free version So I got the full version to show my love. Funny thing is I had the free version for quite a while without using it much. But discovered it years later and fell in love with it. I can go back to someone's birthday or any date and see the moon phase. How cool is that! My wife was born a a new moon :-)
Want more options/info I would REALLY like to have the option of choosing the Sidereal Zodiac that NASA uses, rather than the increasingly inaccurate Tropical Zodiac. I have to juggle the data in order to figure out what sign the Moon is actually in. The other thing that I would appreciate is indicating the names of each Full Moon; Strawberry Moon, Hunters Moon, and so forth. Otherwise, I really like this app.
Fantastic BUT....HELP!!! Is it just me on the PRO version doesn't have a widget that shows what the moon currently looks like? I can get the widget on my home screen using the free version but not the PRO.. What am I doing wrong? This is a fantastic app. I use the widget on my home screen next to my clock because I love the fact I see the amount of the moon as it would look in the sky... It's my moon clock! I can look at past events, email or text the information shown, save and dates to my calendar. Brilliant app, thank you!
Good app This is a good app. One review mentioned difficulty viewing when you zoom because of the image being cropped by the screen but if you put two fingers together and slide left or right you can get to the part that isn't on the screen. It is a little tricky but just play around with it and you will figure it out. It is a lot like Google Earth on the pinching and rotating by using two fingers. Very pleased.
