This is second time when I paid and not getting any notifications. It's Very Bad Experience with this aap. Also sending mails many times to support team, they are not respond on any mail/Msg. I recommend to all not install this aap. It's totally waste of our valuable money.

The minute you cancel your subscription you stop getting updates and when you click into the name it says "get premium" Even if it's still in the 3 day trial period. Which is a complete contradiction to what it says in their terms and conditions on the final step when you're about to "cancel subscription"

Unresponsive support. After paying for the THIRD time because I was trying to monitor 2 numbers, I gave up trying to contact them. The app worked, but then stopped working after a few hours. Noticing that nothing was being reported after confirming my daughter's usage, I decided to write them on their app for a third time and even tried sending them direct emails... But still to this day, no response. This is my third review and in conclusion I wasted my money. Wish they fixed it instead.
