Ratings and reviews

Not what's advertised. Can't see the soccer games that are shown on regular (free) Vix. I ONLY got the Premium service for the soccer games of the Mexican league. They show less on the paid service than the free on. also, terrible customer service. basically a scam. I just regret having paid the full year subscription upfront. I'll just chalk it up as another loss and a lesson learned.

I'm already tired of this i feel like it's too much. I know that if someone uses a free app, there will obviously be ads, but this app is literally over the top. This app's ads last up to 3 minutes. Like 3, I was just watching something, and the ad had just finished, then like 10 seconds passed, and another ad started playing again. This is too stressful. And the staff always said that the ads will be reduced but it is a pure lie

really dissapointed with this app, not on tv's but on my phone i will unistall it 4ever, they need ti fix when you go full screen on the phone to prevent accidental touches or no to rotate the screen at a minimun movement, i have so many streaming apps that i can put my phone in my pocket and be listening to it on my earbuds with no issues whatsoever, but with vix i can not do that because i try to start watcing a game, put my phone in my pocket and in less that 30 secs it will change 2 a novela
