I had a previous issue with the app that was resolved quickly by customer service. they even upgraded me to premium at no additional cost, but now I'm having an issue where I can't receive voicemails. it should also reveal blocked #'s while the call is still coming through and it does not. customer service doesn't know the reason for either and I'm afraid I'll have to stop using the app if it's not resolved soon. which is unfortunate because it definitely works when it's not having these issues.

This app sucks. It says registration successful, however, it will not activate and won't display any calls. I previously had it, and it worked completely fine. I contacted customer support, and of course, as I see, no one ever gets a response. They sure took that money though. I have canceled my subscription and will be deleting the app.

doesn't show my voicemails right away once in a while it will pop them up much later but just random on when it happens or which ones
