for months this app has been incredibly frustrating. every time I've input the time for missing work due to FMLA it never inputs it correctly. I am completely updated on the app and I constantly check to see if there's an update but I always have to contact my payroll department so they can communicate with Unum and let them know the correct time. it would be very helpful if this issue is corrected on unum's end.

Pretty easy to submit FMLA absences but trash for seeing how much time is available. It's garbage if you want to view documents. Most of the time it shuts down and tells you to restart the app but that doesn't mean you'll get to view the document. Also requires a code sent to my email for me to log in most times. That's very annoying and easily fixed with touch ID.

This has got to be the most fundamentally broken app I've ever tried to use. Want to start a claim? Type your info into fields that fill in backwards. Swiped to go back while working on the claim instead of using the button? Oops, we've deleted all your progress. Want to start over again? Sorry, you're not authorized to start a new claim. Think maybe logging out and back in again will fix that? Here's help to remember the password that you absolutely typed correctly.
