Time Could do with customers interacting a lot closer with transporters. There seems to be a lot of long delays. NOT A VERY PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. Uship charge both your customer and the transporter far to much. No room for profiting. You will be out of pocket. Something needs to change.
Options needed In the next upgrade, could we get the flagging option and ability to edit comments on the app? I have inadvertently hit the submit button on the comments and then had to send another to complete the thought.
App needs a lot of testing The app needs testing.1. You cannot hit enter while responding to the question. It sends the message if you hit enter. I just sent a hi as a response. 2. The pop ups like type of service etc do not open on first click and do not close. I had to hit the back button and restart entire process.
When it works, its great, besides their HIGH FEES When the app doesn't crash, its a great way to make spare cash... Besides their EXTREMELY HIGH FEES they charge. Rip off!
Recommended I never rate apps, but for this I feel it necessary. It works perfect, saved me from a very expensive tow. The whole process from post, to pay, to delivery is very easy and works well.
In app messaging needs work ... able to respond to initial question from potential shipper, but option to respond disappeared after second message from the shipper. Had to use website to reply. That said, the app worked better than the mobile website did for getting signed up and getting my shipment up for bid/auction.
You can now edit shipments for cars and light trucks, such as changing the vehicle, addresses, dates, and other information
