UOB credit cards are lacking a lot of features that other companies offer. QRIS payment using credit cards, toggle on/off for the types of transactions that can be done (temporarily blocking online transactions, so only payments can only be done with the card present, etc.,), and being able to download e-statement through the app.

Even in the previous versions, when you chat with a CS agent there would be a lag before the agent's reply would appear in the app (you could see a snippet of what they said on the app pop up notification, but in won't actually load in the chat page itself for 10-15 mins). Now in the new version, the chat still doesn't appear even after half a day, and if you try to reply anything on the chat page the app would just crash everytime. How is the update not fixing previous issues & make it worse?

App getting automatically Force close when opening the reward page since November and I've tried to reinstall. I can send the app error logs but do not know where to send - it is very hard to reach the customer service as TIA only provide limited options. This banks need to improve its app, customer service and data security (I've been receiving hundreds of spam/fraud call from unknown numbers and fake WA accounts since opening an account in UOB)
