I can't make payments now after the new update. I don't have the screenshot function turned on but it keeps showing me that I have screenshots turned on. I basically have to clear my cache every 1 to 2 minutes to use this app! After clearing the cache, it can bypass the security page saying that my capture is on (which it isn't), and then need to be very fast to do the fund transfer feature quickly. Please look at this. WHY THIS PROBLEM CAN'T BE SOLVED YET??!!!!!

Dear customer, There could be some harmful apps running in your device background that is able to record/ capture your information. Please try to scan whether any harmful apps are installed in your device by Login to Play Store & click Profile > Select 'Play Protect' > Click 'Scan'. For assistance, reach out to us at uobcustomerservice@uob.com.my

Every few months the app will disable biometric login and require entering username and password. If either is incorrect it displays message reset password or call UOB for assistance. Calling UOB on this is useless because phone banking cannot assist with password reset. Why then bother with the message to call??? UOB TMRW. To reset password, don't bother clicking on reset password or calling us. Just go to branch.
