terrible! how can a bank not rectify a bug immediately!!! it has been 2 weeks and my app is still showing "no services available for this card" !!!!! I have called customer service twice, and both said they are still fixing the bug! and I'm holding the infinity card!!!!!

Look, I love this bank, but this apps is just terrible. Specifically the push verification system. 80% of the time it doesn't worked and have to resort to UOB Access to key in codes multiple times. Imagine if you have to do more than one payments? 30 minutes to do 3 payments? Insane. It it time consuming I wish I can get that time back.

Having to reset password I need to walk-in to branch where there's limited branches around Malaysia. This is ridiculous. And the reason I need to reset password is simply because the stupid app say incorrect password for me to login even I was using biometric login. And the CS said the only way for me to reset password is to walk in to branch. And this is seriously not convenient and ridiculous when we know UOB has super limited branches around.
