Personal loans made through Upgrade feature Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) of 7.74%-35.99% and a 1.85%-9.99% origination fee, which is deducted from the loan proceeds. Lowest rates require Autopay and paying off a portion of existing debt directly. For certain discounts, collateral may be required. For example, if you receive a $10,000 unsecured loan with a 36-month term and a 17.59% APR (which includes a 13.94% yearly interest rate and a 5% one-time origination fee), you would receive $9,500 and would have a required monthly payment of $341.48. Over the life of the loan, your payments would total $12,293.46. The APR and loan terms may vary. Certain loan offers may not be available in all states. So far not a good first experience. I got my loan the end of December. I paid 2 payments early and shouldnt have a payment due until March but they applied both payments to January. I called several times to get this fixed. Once they finally did, it said no payment due until March but it looks like they actually tried to charge me a third and fourth time instead of applying the extra payment already made so it shows I still owe!! I also have only gotten one statement.

Besides the trouble that using the "Upgrade"card has caused me, with the random & extreme credit limit changes causing failed & cancelled autopayments with extra fees from insurance company, this app does not show me everything I need to know clearly, and it's the only banking app of several I've used that asks me in login to verify I'm not a robot. Very insulting company overall, doesn't care about the customer and does shady, misleading business. No real advantage anymore with doubled APR.

The app is not clear. When you click on My Products (your open accounts), you find the name of the account, your next payment and the outstanding balance (doesn't include the expected interest with ontime payments). Underneath you will find the loan amount (amount that doesn't include expected interests), the loan term (for how many months the loan is) and the date of the next payment. Right after, you will find posted payments. Nowhere to find the next payment days and how many payments left.
