They Restrict your Account! very disappointed in uphold. I'm telling everyone about experience. They definitely will restrict your account and will keep it restricted until whenever there terms and conditions. Which I had chatgpt search the terms and they DO NOT mention anywhere on the time frame to unrestrict. Talk about a company who wants to control your assets. They literally told me that my account is fraudulent. I verified my identity and still will not help.

Terrible service, a huge rip off compared to any other crypto platform, and they purposely make it confusing to withdraw cryto. You can get more for your money on any other platform because they skim way too much. If you have used any other platform you know this. I ordered two cards because I never received the first and after 4 months haven't received any card.

This app is awesome! You can buy, hold, sell, and send bitcoin to a wallet, not an email or something else confusing. It can hold like 5 debit cards and 3 banks I think, which is more than any other app ive encountered. The only bad part is that the fees are so damn high if its a small amount of Bitcoin im sending. But it seems to be close to the same as every other app out there costs. Still 5 stars.
