When I update the app, I am surprised about the foolish move of bringing quick-pay and scan-pay options outside the login screen. Please revert it back to the earlier version. Please include the utilities section of Fed-mobile on the LOTZA app and make it a powerful Unified app for all types of transactions. Also you can have a LOTZA murchent button on Fed store app identical to the scan-receive button of LOTZA.
If a transaction fails, money involved is lost for next 48hrs.. This is a big disadvantage. BHIM App has no such wrong deductions. Besides, nobody responds to in-app complaints. One has to separately send an email to get refund of failed transaction.
The app interface is good. But the support team won't respond to your queries if you submit a complaint through the app. That option is put there just to fool the customers. You will end up losing your hard earned money if some transaction fails. The bank people do not have any regard for your hard earned money. Neither do they respond to your complaint, nor they have any idea where the money went.
The worst UPI app I've ever seen. Tried to make payment last 3 times but this app only withdrawn my money and recipient still not got the money.
One of the worst app which I ever had. There should be some minimum concern when dealing with money. Most of the time while paying money through virtualid, it fails. And it takes minimum 2-3 days to get back the same... Recommended only to know the balance....
Only option to verify Number with sending SMS. I am living out of India and I am having normal bank accounts registered under my Indian Mobile Number. I cannot activate the app because I am unable to send SMS from out side India. It will be good when OTP verification is there..
