Ratings and reviews

It is a fun game, I like the game a lot, but patients disappear relatively often. If I close the game next time I come in I'll be missing like 3 patients, rooms where they were just empty. They always seem to send some time with the secretary as an apology after it happens, which I do appreciate as I love the secretary. It just happens too often. I also believe elixir items are pretty expensive, hard to expand with any extras without paying for them. Game also crashes when playing for an hour+

i love the game and play it all the time. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get a therapy animal (I've made multiply purchases that I thought would qualify) and there is a weird glitchy thing with the VIP patients but those are minor complaints. I love the second hospital and am slowing building floors. It is a fun way to start over without having to start over. The little extras like ambulances and aliens are a lot of fun too. This is one of the very few games I've ever spent money on because it is just so much fun.

I really like this game concept and I would love to play it more. However the wait times for things make it almost impossible to play and I got bored within a few minutes. It's like 5 seconds of play every couple of hours, even with ads. I would love this game and likely play it frequently if they made some changes to the game mechanics to make it more enjoyable. For now I'm uninstalling but would love to try it again in the future.
