• Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

Ratings and reviews

Useless version of webpage. Used to be handy for getting messages from your doctors and test results, etc, but now the app won't open any of those. Just gives an error message every time. You have to go to the website to get anything. No point bothering until and unless they fix it. ETA: Yeah, uninstall/reinstall and it's still giving me the same errors that it has been for weeks. I can only access my medical information from a laptop. ETA 3-4-26: Still completely useless. Don't bother.

This app is usually really easy to navigate. Appointments and test results are accessible, and normally finding things is easy. However, lately the app has been close to being unusable. Anytime you tap on something, you get an error message like "can't open [xxxx] now, please alert system administrator." Usually you have to back out and start over, but then it will happen on the next thing you tap. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Recently, I feel like I can't do anything on this app. I am unable to message my doctor regarding my prescription and unable to schedule appointments with them. update: I have updated the app. It only lists one doctor, not my primary. it's impossible to schedule a yearly with them via the app. I also just made an appointment (based on the app) with a doctor who was accepting new patients. An hour later I got an email stating the location was closing. Get your information together UPMC.

What’s new

UPMC has transitioned from multiple patient portals to a single, upgraded portal experience: the new MyUPMC, powered by MyChart. The new MyUPMC will offer more connectivity to providers and locations across the system.
