Ratings and reviews

Previous version of this app would not load. They now appear to have fixed that issue. The new app appears to have plenty of useful features, including recent claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure. One feature I didn't see was the ability to make an appointment through the app. It does provide phone numbers, so you could always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the app. Overall, a good and useful app that I'm sure I'll be using in the future.

Does not replace the defunct flex app. Used to be able to upload receipts to keep track of what I'm buying with the flex card. Now all I can see is the total amount spent. Not the details of the receipts. This app does not replace the functionality of the flex app. Plus what happened to all the receipts I already uploaded?

This app has been nothing but problems for me since I had them.Wont let me log in,I call to change some info never happens ,so I can't log in when I could log in to scan products to make sure they were covered got to register half of them was not,never get reimbursed after I send my receipt in so it's all bs ,I'm fixing to drop these clowns.Im on disability and can't keep payn out of pocket for stuff that's says it's covered.
