update 4/13/2026 This app is still wretched. It denies uploads, you can't actually message your whole care team, the OTC benefits don't work in the stores they are designed to, plus the reimbursement procedure breaks down 9 times out of every 10 I try to submit a receipt. It is supposed to make the lives of people with disabilities easier, and it does not.

Can't find UPC scanner. Now it won't let me log in at all; it just keeps looping back to log in page every time I enter user name and password. Update---I called in to the number listed in the app, and after explaining the issues, and three transfers, I got a rep who walked me through how to fix.

I've never even been able to log in with this app. anytime I try I get the message error:2 the team is investigating. I thought originally it was my old outdated phone but even with my brand new up-to-date phone it doesn't work. I've uninstalled reinstalled updated etc etc but I always get this error: 2
