Completely useless, inconvenient, and not worth the $19-$40 annual "premium" subscription. A lot of can't dos with this app. I tried to schedule a simple pick-up for a prepaid return and it took so many attempts. Ultimately I need to just go to UPS to make it happen which defeats the purpose of the app. Please commit to improvements. Thanks.

Every time someone sends me anything, UPS goes out of their way to change the delivery address because it's not recognized by their system as a legitimate address. My address is correct, it's ALWAYS correct and the fact that ups can change the address without the concent of the sender or receiver is just mind blowing. Once ups changes the address, the updated address is never shown and customer service can't tell you what it is either for 'security reasons'..stop correcting things on your own.

I don't understand why most of the time the information on the website and app differ. For example, the website will have more tracking information or ALLOW YOU to receive notifications by sms when the app won't. Twice as much work which is a waste of time. An app is supposed to make things easier, no? Otherwise you are just wasting my time, and space on my phone.
