I'm giving it a 3 because ever since they updated it, it opens and shut right away. I've Uninstalled and installed it over and over. It works for one time then goes back to shutting down without opening. Before this it was fine. The update worked. I have some issues logging in but it does work alot better now since the update. Logging in can be a hit or miss.Thankyou for responding. I updated my rating. It does help having the app, and its pretty accurate most of the time. Those updates help.

The current version of this app (Oct 2022) is actually pretty amazing. The previous version seemed to be the website unnecessarily bound within the app, that isn't the case anymore. If you're like many other people who order from Amazon often, you're in luck; I was shocked when I was provided this update: "A railroad mechanical failure has delayed delivery. We're working to deliver your package as soon as possible." Keep it up UPS, I love the level of info you're providing your customers!

The delivery times keep changing. I get no updates like I've requested. The app shows my pkg is almost at my address, then it jumps back to in my area (which means farther away). There's no rhyme or reason for the changes. It was supposed to be here by 3:15. Now it's going to be as late as 7 pm? The app only shows current information not the original data that clearly shows the app has no idea when the delivery will occur. Not happy with UPS or their app.
