They covered my losses for a malfunctioning Fitbit Charge 2 (which I did get a lot of use out of) that I had purchased new on eBay. Customer service agents I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and I had no trouble communicating with them. Very reasonable prices.

I used Upsie in the past with a Pixel and a Galaxy device; there was a definite cost savings in the upfront and deductibles. It's not really the case anymore and you'll need to some serious comparison shopping to see if the upfront cost plus deductibles are actually saving you or perhaps costing more based on the incident such as screen damage.

Super slow aggravating process. It sucks. I had coverage on my Samsung watch; when it stopped working (water damage from rain) they made me file a claim with Samsung FIRST and send it to Samsung to have THEM verify that it had water damage. Then ship it back.. When I called Upsie back, they made me play phone tag with Samsung to get them to email upsie to prove it was water damage. No coordination. They make u basically do everything yourself. All in all, ~2 months to get it fixed. Service sucks
