Payment declined I loved this app until the other day when it declined my payment because I hadn't updated the info for my new debit card. Now it keeps saying my card is declined even though I've got plenty of funds. I tried using another debit card AND my credit card, but it still keeps asking me to use a "valid" credit card. I've contacted customer support via 2 separate emails & gotten no response. I thought I wouldn't have to go back to Uber/Lyft but this is forcing me to do it!
Credit card declines The app will frequently log me out, then states my card is declined. I have to delete it, then re-enter, or put in a different payment. Also, complaints of driver screw-ups are handled poorly. Customer service @ flywheel are 3-4/10. Lucky I hate Uber.
Can't never book a ride Can't book a ride no matter where I'm at or what time it is. Apps said driver is 5 minutes away. But when I request for it. No drivers are available. U suck flywheel.
Dangerous driver, app don't care!! 3 gfs and I took a flywheel taxi Friday night-all sober!! Driver tried to extort us out of 150% of the fare halfway through our trip, refused to pull over so we could contact police and texted and made a handheld call while driving. Flywheels response...he may need retrained!!! Take this man off the roads and act responsibly!!
Definitely Like First transit app I have ever used. For someone who grew up with black and white TV, I am amazed. Used this twice on Friday night and had a cab in under a minute both times.
Worked like a charm Everything worked like it should. My only complaint is it asked for a guaranteed tip before I knew how much the trip was. I would have left more.
