Update : latest update doesnt solve the problem If I change my timezone to GMT+0 then it work but if I change back to my own timezone GMT+6 then it show "no event" in my agenda view. and every calendar I am subscribed to doesn't show any event in them too. But I can see my own event in day view and also get notification. I emailed about the timezone bug before but still not fixed and now it's worse. So I don't have any choice but giving my favorite calendar app 1 out of 5.
Potential Perfection The widget calendar is HORRIBLE. It lacks the individual color coded daily events and instead only displays One Identical Dot, regardless of how many events are scheduled, or option 2- # count of that days events. This is basically the only reason I don't use this calendar. While the app has all the features I want: color coded events in a monthly view, plus it's quick and easily navigated. It even has an amazing option that I always dreamt of - the ability to view layers of your calendars.
Excellent companion calendar I really like how you can subscribe to a number of fun calendars (movie release dates, sports team schedules, phases of the moon, etc.) without it cluttering your agenda view. The notifications are expandable but not actionable. It would be great to be able to snooze a notification. Otherwise, the only issue I'm having now is that every so often the widget disappears. I can't figure out why, though. Regardless, this is now the only calendar app I use.
Best simple calendar app After being very disappointed with the new Google calendar update I went looking for a new calender app, after trying 5 or so different apps I found upto. It's the best calender app in my opinion since it shows a visual layout of the month (or week) as well as an easy to read agenda. The optional extra calenders are also great.
Activity Calendar Upto has a very pleasant visible interface, is easy to use, and has additional event information that users can add to their personal calendar. If it had a way to integrate tasks, it might have knocked off my number 1 and would be my primary Calendar. As such, I use it for events I may not be aware of.
Excellent Widget The calendar app itself is nice, but I mostly needed the widget. After browsing many of the other calendar widgets on the market, this one took the cake for a few reasons. 1) the calendar widget and the events widget are separate, which has a lot of flexibility 2) the calendar widget allows you to view the count of events on a day (eg 3 events today, 1 event tomorrow, etc) 3) the events widget let's you scroll through upcoming events right from the widget 4) the look and feel are clean and polished
