What The Fork is a brand new food ordering app that combines ordering for takeaway, delivery and straight to your table. On top of all that we have a whole bunch of unique features that we feel makes our app the PERFECT place for you to order all of your favs online. We aren’t like the rest. We are here for change. Change in the way we order food. Change in the way we think about ordering food.

bizarrely not mobile friendly. time picker for collection is so sensitive, unless you get right on the money it doesn't move, plus it's greyed out which makes it look like it's disabled. Checking your order after you've placed it there's a box which is supposed to give the tel nbr to call but it's off the bottom of the screen and it doesn't scroll! doesn't matter if you rotate, still can't see it. it's marginally better than the website in that you can remove something from your order.

Says on app you get 10 percent discount which that didn't happen. Couldn't add any pizza without adding extra topping before I could add it to the order. Doesn't let you pay by Google pay at all, you have to type in your card details by some random 3rd party company which usually means it's a scam. So trying one order and paying by cash. If this review stays up, you know nothings changed.

Your app pops up unwanted notifications (today's was Burns Night) but gives no way to switch these off. Lacking ability to turn these off makes them intrusive and bad practice. In response you pointed out you can turn off all app notifications from settings. However that would also turn off useful notifications during ordering and delivering food. It's standard good practice to let users keep some notifications but opt out of unsolicited pop up marketing/engagement notifications. Please do so.
