Ratings and reviews

The app does not allow you to add an alternate local number to contact and hence does not let you select a service for someone else. I wanted to gift a massage for my parents, but after going through the whole procees, it says I can't order without a local number and does not let me either add or change to a local number. This is not user-friendly. All service apps allow you to buy a product or service for someone else, but UC does not, and they do not even have customer service who can help.

It is impossible to contact the customer care service. Even if you want to report an error they do not give you an option to contact them. All the contact number on the web are not working. Even if the professionale are doing a good service the technical team really needs to make it easier for the customer to contact them. Can't even a book the same professional multiple times.highly dissatisfied with some the services that the app is missing.

UC needs to seriously work on their customer support. There's no number. The page directs you to the service provider; what if I've an issue with the service provider? Whom should I talk to? They reschedule the appointments randomly without customer's consent. Sometimes there are 2 bookings for the same slot. Least bothered to even check. And most irritating part- all their professionals invariably come late sometimes 50 minutes to 1 hour late. Customers are assumed to be free all the times.
