Accessibility Service

The accessibility service is necessary for a series of alarm tasks called CAPTCHA. Completing tasks such as sheep counting, doing math, or scanning a barcode on your toothpaste will ensure you get up on time and are fully awake.
The accessibility Service prevents you from cheating the CAPTCHA tasks by force stopping the app or turning off the device before completing them. No personal information is collected.

This app may also use the Device Administrator permission to prevent you from cheating CAPTCHA tasks (see above) by uninstalling the app.

Doesn't work. Reports I'm asleep when I'm not. Tested for a couple of weeks now and even when I have a terrible nights sleep and know I've been awake for ages it reports "deep sleep" and 100% efficiency. Also not easy to understand anything and random graphs with no explanations in app. I know there's a website but I've not got time to spend ages studying what should be intuitive/explained in app eg with a long press/hold or even a title for the graph! Accelerometer under pillow.

Hello Dom, the legend for the graph is available in the (?) help menu. If you have troubles with detecting awake phases, please increase the awake senstivity. Which sensor do you use? Where is the phone during the tracking? Could you please use the Left ≡ menu → (?) Support → Report a bug, so we can check the data set?

Dashboard charts are quite hideously presented & incredibly 'messy' & difficult to read at a glance. Writing data to GoogleFit seems to go awry with the occasional random half hour of sleep when I wasn't sleeping. Also, it records 'deep' sleep when my Huawei Tracker says it was 'REM' - which is right? This app seems to just confuse & mess up data logging, so I've given up on it.

Hello Bill, big sorry for the issues. Would you please send a screenshot of your dashboard to support@urbandroid.org to get a better idea of the issue? Please read here on the comparison of our data with the Sleep lab https://sleep.urbandroid.org/sleep-lab-comparison/ but this all depends on what device and setup are you using as we support many

Don't like having to have my phone so close, especially as trackers that have used breathing have been more accurate. "snoring" is regularly just deep breathing. The alarm constantly just goes off at the start of the "smart period" and has so far managed to wake me in the middle of awesome dreams most of the time and it's been awful trying to get up. I don't think it has anywhere to note things... Though it might do as its a weird setup and hardly anything is explained. Captcha is great though!

Hello Effy, you can open documentation directly from the app (three-dotted menu). If your breathing is recognized as snoring, your threshold volume is set too low. If the smart alarm is going off too early, you can set higher sensitivity. If you need any help, please, contact us at support@urbandroid.org. Many thanks.
