Poor Inventory Control. At first I thought this is a good app, the next Shein. But prices are bit high for the quality. Logistics tracking is poor. Shipping is extremely slow. Takes 15-20 days. Most importanly, they have no concept of inventory control. I've ordered items 3 separate times and have been canceled almost 15 days later saying its out of stock. Really frustrating. How can you let someone place an order on an out of stock item. Useless app, try something else.

My always go-to spot for online shopping is Urbanic. Firstly, I love the unique trends, even though the prices are a bit high, but it's worth it. The best thing about Urbanic is the refund process. If we return one item, it will be refunded within one day. I love this feature. However, recently I can see some quality issues creeping in. Additionally, the old collection is beautiful. I just want the old collection back; this collection is stopping me from ordering more dresses.

The old dresses were way beautiful than the new ones..just please bring back the old stock..some of the dresses which i loved and wanted to buy..just disappeared when I saw today.Highly disappointed with the new stock. The old dresses have vanished from my wishlist when I checked today..I felt like crying..since I really wanted to buy a specific dress but I don't even remember it's name ..I just had it in my wishlist and when I came back to buy..my wishlist said nothing to see here.Dont do this
