Been using it for years but service has really gone downhill. Booked one therapist and another shows up. Support is non existent. Favourites and past bookings disappeared too update: took over one hour for agent to respond to chat for an imminent booking. Which meant that therapist was already on the way and they basically refused to acknowledge the problem. I won't be using again. Can no longer recommend due to lack of customer support service.

Great app with lots of wonderful therapists, app changed recently but now seems to be working fine. Only problem is how much Urban take from the tharapists, over 30% and they have apparently increased that recently and not reduced the price for us, hard to want to support this greed.

since the update it won't let me book. it won't accept my phone number. maybe because it's a US phone number but you accepted it for two bookings last week so I don't know what's going on. The service is fantastic. five stars but if you can't book it's zero Stars
