Been using it for years but service has really gone downhill. Booked one therapist and another shows up. Support is non existent. Favourites and past bookings disappeared too update: took over one hour for agent to respond to chat for an imminent booking. Which meant that therapist was already on the way and they basically refused to acknowledge the problem. I won't be using again. Can no longer recommend due to lack of customer support service.

since the update it won't let me book. it won't accept my phone number. maybe because it's a US phone number but you accepted it for two bookings last week so I don't know what's going on. The service is fantastic. five stars but if you can't book it's zero Stars

App has removed the discount that I had set aside for future use, for previously referring, meaning I lost a 20% discount option. The app updates has removed my previous bookings. It tries to look smart and modern, but removed previously used therapists.
