Ratings and reviews

Don't use the trial, it will automatically change to a paid yearly subscription which is impossible to cancel. Also the VPN connections are laggy and cut out with all the IP addresses being logged with 'suspicious activity' by most browsers so using it is a real pain.

I’ve seen some bad VPNs, but Urban VPN Premium takes the crown for being the absolute worst. They promise high-speed servers, but in reality, the speed is abysmal—it’s literally slower than a 2G connection. I can’t even load a simple Google search page without it timing out, let alone stream or download anything.

Horrible I took this vpn because i found that can solve my problems. I paid 42.99€, for nothing, this app doesn't work. This app is a scam and i asked for recovery but i have no answer. If you want to take this app, throw directly 43€ in the bin. At least you won't waste your time
