I've been using this app for several years. I had been happy with it, though it wasn't perfect. Over that time however almost no updates have been created that make the app more usable. All incoming calls get put into my contact list and have to be removed one by one. There is no cut and paste feature for the phone pad, so when you get an email with a phone # you can't cut and paste, how is that even possible? Text delivery has gotten better on the Sprint network and customer service has always been helpful, it just feels like this app is being ignored by uReach.
I like this app and a lot of the features it offers but I rarely get my notifications whether it be text or voice-mail and sometimes even calls. I have called on occasion and they told me to reinstall but it happens frequently.
Paid service - Missing call, text messages, losing voicemail greetings and options - location/hours of operations etc... are lost when recorded after several days. No greetings - I must check or re-record almost bi- weekly greetings. Advised by CS to uninstall and try again. As a business call app. It should insure you don't lose business calls.
My phone book is giving all my clients the same name. I don't know how to greet my clients by name now because they all have the same name according to this app. This is something that needs attention for the next upgrade. It is important to know client names.
