Edit: they fixed the issue with the update. Still a little glitchy and im sure some progress has been missed due to remote start and app start but im happy. I just want a general idea of steps and miles walked. so 4 stars instead of 1 now. App is not working or tracking progress. Updated app and all of my progress disappeared.

The app does exactly what I need plus some. I love the different workouts it offers and how it keeps track of past workouts. My only complaint is if I start playing on my phone or get a long call while using the app/treadmill, it restarts the app or something and is no longer connected to the workout I started losing all my progress in the app.

Since update app opens but does not function. cleared cache and restarted my s twenty four. still doesn't work. I updated my review to 3 stars. With no error msg on the device, I tried everything I could think of. After app re-installed/cache clear /restarts, unplugged the device. On returning power, I then saw the bluetooth icon flashing. Still, I wasn't able to re-pair it until I finally deleted app data. At that point I was able to re-pair and connect app to Strol E2. Developer did respond.
