I have used this app for online bill correction but it's not working at all. Even I am not able to see the application registered while seeing status. I got SMS that bill was corrected but there no change in bill. Finally I had visited zonal office and corrected my bill. This ridiculous. If for everything I have to visit zonal office then scrape this app. Next issue I faced while tried to apply for Name transfer. After submitting the application with all required documents, in few day I got message that application is closed successfully but when check my account, it was showing old owner name. When enquired in electricity office physically, they told I must have to submit application physically with lots of formalities. Pathetic. Govt. Will never be paperless and digital.
