I liked it. It's a must try if your display is AMOLED. Free features were cool BUT I decided to pay because I just loved at first sight. But I'm confused about night mode, turning the screen red saves battery? 😐 The other features like black wallpaper if below certain battery level is excellent, and the ability to turn off the display (or making it black) when the phone is laying on it's screen is just what I wanted. Sadly it won't start on boot in my ZUK Z2 Pro (even if configured in the security app settings and permissions)
These types of apps are particularly useful and this one in particular has a very good and easy-to-use interface. Aside from obvious benefit to your battery, it also helped prevent screen burn-in which is a major reason that I use it. In my experience that can be especially problematic on the keypad that displays when you type in text messages which may be present on your screen, static, for many many many many many hours, a sizable percentage of the entire lifespan of the device
This is brilliant. Simply the most brilliant battery saving idea. I thought about something sort of like this, but I didn't think anyone would actually do it. Have not used it in tandem with Pokemon GO yet, but in theory it should solve one of the quickest battery draining quirks of the game - just rendering the whole thing. We will see.
Very useful. A few small issues though. It seems it won't stay running when it gets killed by Android, or when I slide it off in the recent apps list. It may also crash with a unable to start service error. Also sometimes while changing the settings, it may cause the system to freeze and reboot.
Slows LG G5 down when filter is on. Return from lock and it covers the screen in solid black. I have to guess where the shut-off buttons are or pull the battery. Of course, didn't know this until it was bought. Waste of money.
I'm using it right now and till now the app looks great. just have one question though are there any long term affects I mean i wont damage my (non working) pixels right? because I don't want to damage my phone in any way.
