Whether you want to keep up to date with the news, check up on your favorite blogs or stay on top of the best Twitter feeds, Widgery: Web Widget is the app for you. The process is simple enough that anyone can quickly make a widget and stick it on their homescreen.

Those widgets are pretty flexible too. You can resize them however you’d like, showing as much or as little of the page as you want. They’re scrollable too, so all the information you’re after is going to be available to you in no time flat.

All you need to get a widget set up is a few taps and a bit of typing. You can move the widgets about, stretching and dragging them to rearrange your homescreen however you’d like.

Ratings and reviews

This app is easy to use and effective, but it has a limitation that impact hugely it's use: there is no way to enter in any web account. So if the website you want display in the widget is inside an account (the hole point to me) you can't see it but instead you see the login page. Also, please consider adding a way to crop the portion of the website you want to display (eg. Removing x pixel from the left/top), this is not essential in my case but I'm sure would be a useful feature.

Awesome idea - I've been looking for something like this for a long time. Thanks! I would like to pay for it, so i could use it (without paying it is unusable), but it is not possible. Every transaction is refused. Hence only two stars (if it worked, i would give 4-5). What I miss, is more themes (or just being able to set color of font and background) and transparency.

It works just fine, the web pages are scrollable and convenient on the screen, and other than the occasional slow refresh I have no problems with it itself, but please fix the "widgery: demo version" text that displays over the widget after a few days of use
