The customer service is horrible. It literally takes a week to set up. The technology is not ready yet at lexus. They charge so much a month for basically nothing. Very sad. Mercedes, Cadillac, BMW all provide much better app with remote start feature
Works 30% of the time. It can't reach the vehicle. Or it had different error codes or times out. 10 minutes remote start time in Arizona is useless. Now it likes to sign you out randomly for a security check.
So far so good. The car is waiting for the activation software (my guess). A few initial recommendations, 1) Explain to clients why it takes 2 hours to 48 hours to connect the app to the car. Rep on the phone didn't really have a good answer. 2) update: after the car is synced the enable fingerprint feature pops up. Clients should be able to turn on the fingerprint feature without going into the Settings menu. 3) When tapping on the refresh icon, the car disappears. Only after restarting the app does the car reappears. It's a bug that should be fixed. 4) App icon doesn't feel luxurious 5) Again, "Lexus Developers" sounds pedestrian for a luxury brand.
We have had our new Lexus for 4 months and this app has not worked. It's wothless! The new version still SUCKS
It took 44 minutes to receive an Unlocked door notification. That is not as useful as an immediate notification.
Funny my car will start up but the app will not tell me that it connected unless I back out of the app and open it back up , definitely could work on the connection and communication of the app then this will be 5 stars!
