USAA is an organization founded by military members for military members. We understand the unique needs of service members, veterans and their families.

The USAA Mobile App gives you convenient and secure account access from your mobile device. You can manage your finances, insurance and more. With just a few taps, you can do things like transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks.

USAA Mobile App features include:

-Banking: Pay bills, send money with Zelle®, deposit checks, transfer funds and locate an ATM.

-Insurance: Get an auto ID card, request roadside assistance and report a claim.

-Security: Use a PIN or device biometrics to securely log on to the app.

-Search: Find what you need with smart search and chat.

-Widgets: View your balance and transaction history on your home screen using widgets.

Credit cards are issued by USAA Savings Bank and serviced by USAA Federal Savings Bank. Other bank products are provided by USAA Federal Savings Bank. Both banks are Member FDIC.

 

Ratings and reviews

Love that you guys are making changes. Most of them I love, but please put the transactions back with the completed and processing transactions. I like to see it all in one place for planning purposes. *Really would like to see my scheduled transactions with all the other transactions like it was before. And it keeps freezing with the new update.

What a hot mess! I have been banking with Usaa for 14 years. They completely revamped credit card balance pay. It used to be in the credit card section. Now when you try to pay off the credit card! It goes to the pay my bills section and exits the credit card section. Credit card payments do not successfully work 100% of the time, and you must try multiple times to pay a bill. But wait! There's more. Want to redeem your cash back on a credit card? You leave the app and it is confusing.

Edit 2023: major frustration - the app throws errors when I try to pay my credit card bill, or when I try to schedule it for a later date. The app has become much more unclear. Submenus in subfolders, many more steps to function, and more unclear to use in general. It still works, but it is way more complicated than it used to be. This has happened over the past few years, it wasn't a one big update shift. Original 2019 Everything is instantaneous. The app is pretty clear and easy to use.
