The USAA Mobile App gives you convenient and secure account access from your mobile device. You can manage your finances, insurance and more. With just a few taps, you can do things like transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks.

USAA Mobile App features include:

-Banking: Pay bills, send money with Zelle®, deposit checks, transfer funds and locate an ATM.

-Insurance: Get an auto ID card, request roadside assistance and report a claim.

-Security: Use a PIN or device biometrics to securely log on to the app.

-Search: Find what you need with smart search and chat.

-Widgets: View your balance and transaction history on your home screen using widgets.

A great service organization for insurance, credit cards, and banking services. Excellent rates and fantastic customer service. USAA has helped me in several emergencies (auto accidents). Also, their app is ready to use. I track my expenses, pay bills, and receive life and car insurance updates and policies thru the app. One of the best companies I've ever worked with ... now for over thirty years.

I somehow lost my autopayment settings and the discount that goes with it. I kept getting errors when trying to add it back. I tried for days. Suddenly I'm now able to set up the auto payments BUT the discount won't be applied until next month. They aren't cheaper than others, and don't accept motorcycles. I'm now doing the dreaded shopping for new insurance for 3 cars, my home and a motorcycle.

The app no longer shows a running balance under scheduled transactions in the banking section. This was an incredibly useful feature that has completely disappeared without any explanation. The only warning that has shown up for the last couple months is ⚠️ "Some of your scheduled transactions are unavailable. Please try again later" When will this error be fixed?
