I am not sure exactly what you did to this app by partnering with third party vendors, but you need to fix ASAP! I cannot log in at all. I put in my code and it just doesn't do anything. I have been a member for over 20 years and in a sales position that promotes your services. This needs to be fixed now and enough with this changing of a perfectly good product. Reinventing the wheel is not necessarily going to move you forward, which is certainly the case here. Thank you.
Banking institution is terrible. Every time they update the app they take more features away. Camera has a hard time reading the check and taking an actual picture. What's worse you never know when the bank is going to put a hold on a payroll deposited check. System has become so automated that humans that answer the phone or nothing more than robots don't waste your time
This app is trash. It looks nice but there is no easy way to see my entire monthly credit card statement and if I pay early on my insurance it can't tell me how to find out when my next payment will be due in order to plan.
Zelle won't let me register with a number, email or other it just gets stuck in a loop of USAA loading. My Documents forces me to use the browser but when I try to open the document in the browser it force opens the mobile app. Highly frustrating. I just opened an account and I am already having so many issues.
Ever since the new update the app runs slow and freezes alot. It takes for ever just to open up. If I need help I can't even use the help section where you type what you need. I used to love the app. It ran smooth. Everything was quick and easy to get to... it needs fixed now.
Why change the money transfer option? Transferring straight from account to account was perfect, now this Zelle/ClearXchange thing comes along (which is owned by the big three banks, not worrisome at all!)...an outside "PayPal competitor" when the old way was perfectly fine. Back to fighting the Deposit@Mobile twice a month now. Recently opened an NFCU account and deposited a check...while they hold money, it literally took 10 seconds to make the deposit (and no need for location services), cashed a check with USAA's Deposit@Mobile this morning and took the usual 20 minutes. I've already transferred all our savings accounts to NFCU for their much better rates (.25 percent over your .05 percent)...it just feels as the years go on, USAA is just another bank. Scheduled transactions disappear now after 12 items.
