Mobile deposits does not focus My android camera works fine everywhere. Can take great close ups and otherwise great pics normally. Once I'm in the USAA app and trying to take a photo of a check, my camera suddenly can't focus on anything. Focuses fine on the same check outside of the app. I called support and was dumped on a transfer. All this after a very unpleasant home buying experience due to issues with USAA. Starting to think more and more about finding a local bank.
No longer works This used to be a great app but after doing a update it no longer works and to add insult i was told i need to buy new phones Really ?? Why not fix the software to accept the older phones like it used to. I like my phone and i have no ambition to try and keep up with the Jones. You claim to listen to your customers so its time to listen
USAA Needs To Go Back To Basics Like everything else USAA, this app is failing. I've been with USAA for 17 years and I am really thinking of leaving. Their customer service and products suck and this app not working is just latest problem. I keep getting the communication error. Not okay. They've gotten too big and have lost touch.
Lots of bugs I like the app and how it's set up. It is also convenient. However, it Does not work properly and kicks you out all the time and won't deposit checks very well. Takes forever to load. It just has lots of "bugs". I'm always looking for the updates hoping it will work better if I do them.
Latest update wrecked it It was perfectly good until the latest update. It disenrolled me from fingerprint logon and won't let me re-enroll. Then I went to "send app feedback," typed my message and... Where's the submit button? You brokeded it. Edit: It's been months and they still haven't fixed the fingerprint logon issues.
Update Ever since update my transaction lists is glitching! I know I paid 20 for books, 15 for shoes, and 10 for a back pack, all at different stored! For some reason the app won't show the transactions, and later I'll sign in to find them hours later!
